My Family is all about the Poultry

My Family is all about the Poultry

Welcome and thanks for checking out my food blog! I love food, and hope that you love it as much as I do, because her, you will discover the all secrets to living a life of fine dining and wining right in your own kitchen.

I hate wasting time so I'm going to jump right into it.

My family loves chicken. We eat it at least four times a week. We cook it up mexi style with salsa and flaming red and green bell pepers, coated in red peper season, and sizzled on a hot grill. Another favorite type of chicken that I love cooking up for the family is spicy hot cajun chicken fettucini (it is probably my favorite dish). And you can't forget the holidays with delicious pine nut chicken drizzled with a creamly white sauce. Chicken is appropriate for many occasions, and is the most liked meat. So whenever you are entertaining, chicken is a good way to go.

Today I am going to teach you how to spice up your life with flaming teryaki chicken. Like I said earlier, I hate wasting time, so let's jump right into this sizzling pot and get cooking.

Ingredients (Sauce):

2 C Soy Sauce

2 C Water

1 tsp. Ginger

1 tsp. Salt

2 Cloves of Garlic

2 TBSP. Corn Starch

In addition you will want to have 4 chicken breasts to grill.

Get a medium sized pan hot and ready to go. Pour about 2 a cup of soy sauce in, and let it sizzle for 30 seconds. Afterward, slowly add 2 cups of water, and 1 tsp. of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 tsp. of salt. Mix together until it boils. Once the sauce has boiled, VERY SLOWLY stir in 1/2 cup of pre-watered corn starch. Stir until thick.

While this is cooking, you may want to begin grilling your chicken breast. While the chicken is grilling, you may want to squeeze lemon on them, to give them a little bitersweet taste. This offsets with the saltiness of the sauce, to make the chicken taste almost impeccable.

Once the Chicken is done, ladel the sauce over, and you have madey yourself Teryaki Lemon Chicken. Hope you enjoy!

Recconmended Sides: White rice, Steamed Broccoli!

Thanks again for reading, catch you next time!
